Brittney Barr

Brittney Barr | Associate Broker

Brittney is a Maine native, who graduated with a degree in Health Science at USM, before embarking on a career in Real Estate. Brittney grew up in a small town with many old family roots. Her grandfather would drive her around to show houses he built and personally bricked, she learned two things she loved the personality of Maine homes and it’s beautiful landscape. While Brittney’s family still lives in their small hometown, she found Portland and Southern Maine to have the character she desired. Brittney decided to buy her first home here when she found her second love: adopting rescue dogs. While fitness and health is a personal passion, working at non-profits for 9 years, she realized working with and helping people is what drove her and made her happy. After coaching and training clients one-on-one since 2013 in order to help them reach their goals, Brittney is bringing that same ambition to walking my clients through the steps of buying their perfect home and selling their home! Brittney prides herself on great customer service and getting the transaction to the closing table with happy clients!

Megan Bingman

Megan Bingman | Associate Broker

Megan graduated college with degrees in Physical Therapy and Complementary and Alternative Medicine. She worked in outpatient and acute physical therapy for four years, and then went on to open her own private practice where she specialized in women’s health and pediatrics for sixteen years. In addition, she is a best selling author, and a guest lecturer at Penn State University, teaching about the effects of trauma on the physical body.

Megan is the mother of two daughters, and the wife to her husband of eleven years, Jim. Jim and Megan spent several years as foster parents, and they are very driven to support people in need. Megan donates ten percent of every real estate commission to local Maine charities. She is also part of the “Portland Maine Women For Good” group that focuses on how to best support local charities.

Growing up, Megan spent many winter and summer breaks visiting family friends in the Waterville area. She fell in love with Maine while she was skiing Sugarloaf, hiking Mount Katahdin, and making late night trips to L.L. Bean with her friends. Jim and Megan always dreamed of retiring to Maine someday. When Jim was offered a job transfer to Maine in 2020, with the promise of being able to stay put and raise their girls in one final location, they jumped at the chance to put down roots here in Maine. Megan regularly reminds Jim’s boss that she is a Mainer for life now, and transfers anywhere else are off of the table.

Megan began her Real Estate career working part time in Pennsylvania, but when she closed her Physical Therapy practice due to COVID, and relocated to Maine, she took the opportunity to dive head first into building a full time real estate career. Since then, Megan has grown her reputation for being a caring, honest, and hard working Realtor. She is passionate about building her own real estate portfolio as well as helping others achieve their financial goals through real estate.
