Monica is a Maine native, raised in the coastal town of Falmouth. Growing up in a family of tradesmen, her love for real estate developed early, watching her father and grandfather build and renovate many homes in the Greater Portland area. She has lived in several towns throughout Maine, making her knowledge of the state vast. After graduating from The University of Maine at Augusta with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, she bought a house and planted her roots in Wells. She has transitioned her love for helping people in a dental setting to helping people find the property that best fits their needs. Her communication and organizational skills make her clients comfortable throughout the entire home-buying and selling processes. In her free time, she enjoys every bit of the outdoors that Maine has to offer, including snowboarding, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
