Melissa comes to Landing Real Estate with an extensive background in customer service. Working previously in retail management, she understands the importance of putting the customer first and doing what it takes to satisfy the customers needs. Growing up and currently living in South Portland, she has an extensive knowledge of the Greater Portland area. Being a home owner and land owner, she understands the process of how each works. She also understands that buying a home is one of the most exciting and stressful things to go through. Her goal is to always make the process of each transaction as quick and easy for the client as possible. When Melissa is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She currently resides in South Portland with husband and their dog.
Being a nervous first time home buyer, Melissa never failed to clearly explain things clearly and put my mind at ease during the entire process. She competently answered my numerous questions at every stage and brought enthusiasm to every house tour. Ultimately, she helped me find the perfect house for me within my budget. I couldn't be happier with the service I received or the home I now have.

Melissa is a fantastic realtor! She found us an amazing house and negotiated with skill. This is our first home and we had really no idea how to go about it, she walked us through everything and had so much patience. She’s also in general a really fun person. We genuinely enjoyed spending afternoons looking at houses with Melissa. She’s been really supportive since we bought the house and checks in on us and I never hesitate to get ahold of her with questions. We love Melissa and we are so thankful we found her. I hope many many others choose her so they can have a wonderful experience too!
